Ludlow Autumn Craft and Gift Fair

We will be organising an Autumn show at this venue together with a further two events booked for 2011. 

The college venue can hold up to 50 exhibitors all on ground floor level with easy access for exhibitors and the public.

The entrance is situated just off the market square and we have permission for advertising banners facing the market square and adjacent castle for the week before the event together with AA road signage and press advertising. 

Car parking is available both at and in close proximity to the college.

 

30th and 31st October 2010

Swansea Autumn Craft and Gift Fair

The LC2 have agreed to a three show booking in association with Avalon Events, two in 2011 and the Autumn event on the dates above. The venue can hold up to 100 exhibitors and they will be promoting our events through their website, on overhead advertising screens and through their mailing list ( Some 14000 as of now ) . The average footfall per day over the weekends at the venue is approx two to three thousand with car parking adjacent to the centre. We have also been given permission for banners on the bridge across the main route past the centre for one week before the event together with AA road-signage and press and radio advertising.

There is easy access to the venue for exhibitor unloading through ground floor doors leading straight into the event hall.

The Essex Christmas Craft and Gift Fair

We are please to announce our second

Christmas  Craft and Gift Fair at

The Park Inn Hotel , Harlow, Essex

WE ARE NOW FULL FOR JEWELLERY AT THIS EVENT

We are hosting a Christmas Craft & Gift Fair at this exciting venue just off the M11 at Harlow and are looking for up to 50 exhibitors for Crafts, Arts, Food and Quality Giftware. Spaces for jewellery and cards are limited. Stall fees will be £70 for a 8' x 6' space for two days. This price will include one six foot table and electric if required. The fair will be open from 10.00 - 5.00 Saturday and 10.00 - 4.00 Sunday. Setting up will be on Sat from 7.30am.
 
Advertising will cover Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk and will include Press, Posters and AA signage together with banners at the hotel

There will be reduced room rates for exhibitors staying overnight on one or two nights together with FREE entry for all guests staying at the hotel over the weekend. 
 
Please also note : I am limiting this show to five jewellery stalls only and if anyone has jewellery as part of other products sold then they will have to book a separate extra table for jewellery only. This will then give all jewellery exhibitors a good chance of making money at this event.
 
 

A percentage of stallholders and admission fees will be donated to the Essex Air Ambulance Appeal Fund

This price will include one six foot table and electric if required. The fair will be open from 10.00 - 5.00 . Setting up will be on Sun from 7.30am.
 
Advertising will cover a large area of South and Mid-Wales and will include Press, Posters and AA signage together with banners at the hotel

We are looking for up to 30 exhibitors for Crafts, Arts, Collectables and Quality Giftware. Spaces for jewellery and cards are limited. Stall fees will be £60 for two days for a 8' x 6' space. This price will include one six foot table and electric if required. The fair will be open from 10.00 - 5.00 on  Saturday and 10.00 - 4.00 Sunday. Setting up on Sat from 7.30am. A percentage of Admission and Stallholders fees will be donated to the East Anglian Air Ambulance Fund

We are pleased to announce that we are holding a two day  Christmas Craft and Gift Fair with up to forty stall-holders at this modern venue in Bedfordshire. We have been advised by the Rufus Centre that this will be the only Christmas Fair being held locally on that weekend so we hope for a good turnout of public to the event. There is Free car parking for exhibitors and public and free admission with voluntary donations requested to the East Anglian Air Ambulance Appeal Fund , a refreshment area is also provided for exhibitors and the public who attend.
